Our Capabilities
Professional Installation. All our contractors are professional qualified with appropriate tickets for carrying out the work you require us to do. We ourselves are not a Corgi registered business, but we make use of Corgi-Registered contractors for undertaking all gas work. The same applies for all electrical work, using Part-P registered electricians where necessary.
Hot, Cold, Heating, Solar. We undertake all plumbing work wherever and whenever possible. All our plumbers have undertaken all the necessary professional training to gain the appropriate qualifications to carry out your work. We also make sure all our installations conform to the Water Regulations 1999 and only use materials and components approved in the Water Fittings and Materials Directory.
What about Home Information Packs (HIPs)? When installing a new bathroom, for example, or installing certain appliances, these a re notifiable to building control (and the water undertaker) in some circumstances. We self-certify installations and will notify authorities on your behalf to assure your installation is compliant. This guarantees your HIP requirements when you come to sell your property, and gives you peace-of-mind.
